DOUGH: SOFT WHEAT FLOUR TYPE 00, WATER, SUGAR, BUTTER, NATURAL YEAST (MOTHER YEAST), EGG YOLK, FRESH EGGS (CAT. A), WHOLE MILK POWDER, EMULSIFIER (E471), DEXY, SALT, YEAST , TURMERIC, FIBER, RAISINS, CANDIED CITRUS PEEL, FLAVORINGS.
COVERING: SUGAR, VELO SUGAR, EGG WHITE, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS, AMARETTI, RICE FLOUR, COCOA, CORN FLOUR, POTATO STARCH, SUNFLOWER SEED OIL.
EXTERNAL APPEARANCE: HANDMADE PANETTONE WITH A TYPICAL SHAPE, THE MOST SURFACE PART IS BURNISHED AND THE UPPER PART DECORATED WITH ALMOND AND HAZELNUT GLAZE.
INTERNAL APPEARANCE: INTERNALLY THE CLASSIC AMBER COLOR OF THE PANETTONE STANDS OUT WITH THE TYPICAL PRESENCE OF RAISINS AND CANDIED CITRUS PEEL.
