DOUGH: SOFT WHEAT FLOUR TYPE 00, WATER, SUGAR, BUTTER, NATURAL YEAST (MOTHER YEAST), EGG YOLK, FRESH EGGS (CAT. A), WHOLE MILK POWDER, EMULSIFIER (E471), DEXY, SALT, YEAST , TURMERIC, FIBER, AROMAS.
COVERAGE: SUGAR, NON HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE FATS (PALMISTS, PALM), WHEY POWDER, SKIMMED MILK POWDER, DYES (BETA CAROTENE, ANTHOCYANS), EMULSIFIER (E322 SUNFLOWER LECITHIN), NATURAL AROMA.
FILLING: CREAM (SUGAR, SUNFLOWER OIL AND NON HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE FATS (PALM, PALMISTS), SKIMMED MILK POWDER (10%), WHEY POWDER, EMULSIFIER: SOY LECITHIN, AROMA, PISTACHIO PASTE (17%).
EXTERNAL APPEARANCE: HANDMADE PANETTONE WITH A TYPICAL SHAPE, THE MOST SURFACE PART IS BURNISHED AND THE UPPER PART DECORATED WITH GLAZE.
INTERNAL APPEARANCE: THE CLASSIC AMBER COLOR OF THE PANETTONE STANDS OUT WITH THE PRESENCE OF PISTACHIO CREAM, WELL VISIBLE TO THE CUT.
