    In ancient recipes for desserts, the name Maiorca was synonymous with soft wheat flour par excellence.

    Characterized by the white color, it is a soft, very soft but robust grain. It can grow in marginal and arid areas, producing seeds with strong nutritional properties. It is particularly suitable for preparing desserts, especially biscuits, but it is also excellent as a raw material for bread and breadsticks.
