It is obtained by grinding almonds SICILIAN peeled and separated from the skin.
This flour is particularly rich in unsaturated fatty acids, proteins, sugars, Vitamin E, of the gr. B and mineral salts (football, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc). It also contains theemulsin, a substance that improves the digestion of carbohydrates.
How to use:
It is used as it is for the preparation of baked goods or in combination with sugar for the preparation of almond paste. Also excellent for the preparation of Soft amaretti and for the preparation of creams.
