The Wholemeal Flour maintains all the original characteristics of the wheat intact. It is rich in all the nutrients present in the cereal, such as vitamins, mineral salts and fibers, which are perfectly associated with a correct, healthy and balanced diet. Specifically produced with selected raw material to give it more "strength" in order to make the final product particularly soft and with small alveolations despite the presence of bran leaves.
