Le brioche col tu0po sono un vanto della pasticceria siciliana, soffici e golose si gustano in tutta l’Isola generalmente accompagnate da un’altra delizia tipica, la granita, ma si gustano anche ripiene di gelato, sia a colazione che a merenda. Il nome di queste brioche deriva dalla loro forma che ricorda il tradizionale chignon basso che le donne siciliane portavano un tempo e che nel dialetto regionale si chiama appunto “tuppo”.
Confezionate, in coppia, in atmosfera protettiva per preservare la fragranza e la freschezza originale.
La capsula protettiva, appositamente studiata, protegge la brioche durante il trasporto e, grazie ai benefici dell’atmosfera modificata, la mantiene morbida come appena sfornata.
Da consumarsi preferibilmente entro 45 giorni circa dall'ordine.
Puoi anche congelarle! Basta un sacchetto per alimenti e conservare tutto in freezer. Ogni volta che ne avrai voglia basterà lasciarle a temperatura ambiente o riscaldarle in forno per qualche minuto.
