The tapping brioche are a pride of Sicilian pastries, fluffy and greedy are tasted throughout the island generally accompanied by another typical delight, the granita, but also tastes stuffed with ice cream, both for breakfast and a snack. The name of these brioche derives from their shape that recalls the traditional low chignon that Sicilian women carried a time and that in the regional dialect is called "Tupo"
