Features

Flour obtained from the grinding of hemp seeds. Rich in fibers and omega 3 and omega 6, important fatty acids for our body for their antioxidant properties.

Contains a high level of Protein (over 27%), fibers and fats (Omega 3 and omega 6 to an extremely balanced extent, or 1 to 3). It also contains vitamins e (natural antioxidant), B1 and B2, mineral and phytosterol salts.

Use:

Being a flour gluten free must be used, at 20%, In combination with flours that contain it (so wheat, rye, wheat Khorasan Kamut® and spelled).
