At the foot of Mount Etna, in an area combining pure air with immense natural resources, the Fratelli Cosentino Poultry Farm was founded. Passion for tradition and modern technology have allowed us to deliver fresh, healthy, and wholesome "Bimbovo" eggs to your home for over 30 years. This long family tradition, dating back to 1975, has allowed us, with our commitment and unwavering dedication, to turn this work into a passion. On January 1, 2000, we built our own chicken coop, allowing us to care for our hens from their first days until they reach productive maturity. The feed mill is the beating heart of poultry nutrition, a facility specialized in the production of balanced, high-quality food to ensure the health, well-being, and optimal growth of the birds. Thanks to advanced technologies and rigorous quality controls, the feed mill plays a vital role in the poultry supply chain. At our packing center, eggs are collected daily and transported via an assembly line. Workers manually remove unsuitable eggs and sort them by weight using an automatic machine. Each egg is stamped with food-grade ink to ensure traceability and sorted by weight category. The process is designed to preserve freshness and quality, ensuring delivery within 24 hours of collection. Careful and precise management guarantees high standards of customer satisfaction. Since January 1, 2004, all eggs sold in Europe have a code printed directly on their shells. This code, assigned by the local health authorities, indicates that the laying farm is subject to their control.
