The Flour of Barley differs from other cereals for the high content of fiber and soluble being the cereal with the lowest glycemic index.
The barley flour is ideal for preparing baked products sweet and savoury. In particular, it lends itself with
excellent results for the preparation of the noodles. Since it is a flour to produce gluten, it is advisable to combine it with a flour of medium to high strength.
