Dry Pasta of fine organic ancient sicilian durum wheat Perciasacchi, obtained from grinding of natural stone of La Ferté. Our homemade are drawn to the bronze and dried slowly at low temperatures. Thanks to their shape and the porous surface hold any kind of sauce, from the most traditional ones, such as sauce and tomato and basil, to the more rich and original, both meat and fish.
