FEATURES
The cartoon is the flour that is obtained from the plus section internal of the corn grain, it shows a granulometry very small: between the re-milled semolina and the soft wheat flour.
How to use:
It is suitable, with excellent results, for the preparation of sweet and savory baked products, especially for the preparation of sweets such as "corn paste"; since it is a gluten-free flour, it is a good idea to combine it with flour that generates gluten (Kamut, spelled and wheat).
