Product obtained from the grinding of shelled dry chestnuts, it gives your creations a light walnut taste.
Chestnuts are rich in folic acid, potassium (930mg per 100g), phosphorus, calcium, zinc, iron, vitamin E and group B. Chestnuts, compared to the dried fruit to which it belongs, have a low fat content.
It can be used at 30%, in complement with flours that generate gluten, for the preparation of tagliatelle, gnocchi, bread and desserts.
