Dry pasta of organic flour of ancient Sicilian durum wheat Perciasacchi, obtained by natural stone milling by La Ferté.
The noodles, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, are a typical pasta shape of central and northern Italy. Also known as fettuccine, are ideal for the classic sauces of the Italian culinary tradition, such as Bolognese sauce, but, for their versatility in the kitchen, they adapt well to the most original recipes!

Ordinata assieme a farine grani antichi , provata con funghi, il prodotto è veramente ottimo, eccellente sapore e profumo di vero grano e tenuta alla cottura, giudizio ottimo lo riaquisterò sicuramente.
